Nexus Airlines emerged to solve it by connecting the vast corners of our state, and they needed a digital presence to scale with that ambition. We built Nexus a website that makes booking regional flights as simple as we’ve always wanted it to be, supported by a design system that captures the physical spirit of the Kimberley and Pilbara.
As an airline starting from scratch, Nexus had to take flight fast. Following the website launch, we rolled out paid advertising, EDMs, and targeted SEO that saw their routes soar above globally recognised competitors. Partnering with Tourism WA, we’ve turned those results into lasting momentum – more travellers discovering WA’s regional gems, and more passengers booking Nexus flights. The numbers tell the story, with website visits converting to bookings well above industry benchmarks, paid advertising CPA 35% below targets, and a rapid rise to first-page organic search visibility.
