About Us

We’re an award-winning creative studio exploring what’s possible in design, technology & marketing.

The Start is a work in progress. Never static, never satisfied. We exist to challenge what is, and help decide what can be. Our work is shaped by the belief that unique challenges require original solutions, which is why our creative philosophy is guided by only one rule – Never Stop Starting™.

Recognition is nice. Creating work that actually moves the needle is better.

Since 2014, we’ve evolved from a one-person operation into a full-service creative studio. Along the way, we’ve accidentally picked up a few awards. But here’s the thing – we’re not chasing trophies. We’re chasing that moment when a client sees their idea come to life and thinks, ‘bloody hell, that’s exactly what we needed.’ The awards are just proof we’re doing something right.

A creative future

We place smart bets on tomorrow’s concepts today and pursue disruptive ideas in creativity and technology. We look for forward thinking ideas and take risks with them before anyone can tell us it’s a bad idea.

0 2

Creative evolution

We have a healthy skepticism toward our own work, asking “what if?”, even when we think we’ve finished. We’re humble about our achievements and always have an eye on how we can tweak, change and improve what we do.

0 3

Perfect matches

We pursue clients that deliver the right challenges. We prefer focusing on fewer relationships but developing them more meaningfully, teaming up with those who champion innovation and big ideas, instead of those who play it safe.

0 4

Digital rebellion

We won’t throw TV’s through hotel windows but we will push back against “that’s how it’s always been done” kind of thinking. We break rules that deserve breaking and respect the ones worth respecting. And we’re just unpredictable enough to make meetings memorable.

Never Stop Starting™ isn’t just a catchy tagline. It’s how we operate.

At the core of everything we do is this maddening philosophy: Never Stop Starting™. Just when you think we’ve nailed it, we’ll ask, ‘But what if we tried this instead?’ It’s not about being difficult – it’s about being pathologically allergic to settling for ‘good enough.’ We place smart bets on tomorrow’s concepts today, take risks with ideas before anyone can talk us out of them, and constantly challenge every aspect of how we work. It keeps us relevant. It keeps us sharp. And honestly, it keeps things interesting.
