Pacific Energy is Australia’s only vertically integrated clean energy provider. We partnered with them to redesign their website, reflecting their evolution into a unified, national renewables company.

Their previous site was built around an outdated brand structure. The static design made it difficult for visitors to navigate a complex, multi-service offering spanning solar, BESS, O&M and power infrastructure.

We started with comprehensive copywriting – developing clear messaging and restructuring their complex service offerings. The new design uses modular components that balance technical detail with intuitive navigation, giving their team full autonomy through a flexible CMS.

To showcase their hydrogen and renewable capabilities, we built interactive 3D models of their hydrogen ecosystem and electrolysers in Blender – turning dense technical systems into an accessible, exploratory experience.

We then deployed Voodu.ai to simplify discovery further. Rather than relying on visitors to find the right page across dozens of services and projects, Voodu provides a conversational AI interface – text and voice – that understands intent and delivers relevant answers instantly. Nearly half of all conversations involve follow-up questions, and the platform maintains a 98.4% success rate – turning a complex site into a guided experience.
